Situated in the trendy Kitsilano neighborhood, the Mine & Yours flagship project redefines the secondary luxury market through an elevated, high-concept interior. Refine & Design was tasked with creating a space that feels less like a traditional retail store and more like a high-end fashion gallery. The design focuses on clean lines and a neutral, warm palette to ensure that the vibrant colors and textures of world-class designer pieces remain the focal point.
Architectural Statement Pieces
The hallmark of the renovation is the stunning, backlit barrel-vaulted ceiling that sweeps across the main apparel section. This architectural feature, complemented by custom brass hanging hardware and integrated LED lighting, creates an inviting, rhythmic flow throughout the store. A curved, marble-topped service counter serves as the shop’s anchor, echoing the soft curves found in the custom millwork and arched entryways.

Every element of the 1,500+ square foot space was designed for the ultimate “treasure hunt” experience. The footwear and handbag departments feature floor-to-ceiling custom shelving with precision-integrated lighting to highlight the craftsmanship of luxury brands. From the vibrant flamingo-patterned wallpaper accents to the plush mustard-yellow seating areas and oversized mirrors, the renovation provides a glamorous, high-energy environment that perfectly aligns with the Mine & Yours brand identity.
