Sam was extremely flexible and quickly adjusted the onset of our project to align with our family vacation. We were beyond impressed with how the team took care of our home during the reno, and the cleanliness at the end of each workday while we were living in the construction zone. I contacted Sam at Refine & Design at the beginning of 2019 and he came over to see what needed to be done. Although it was a small condo kitchen project, we wanted some very customized features. No problem. Sam brought in the kitchen cabinet folks he works with and they were able to construct cabinets to my specifications. Once started, Daniel took over to make sure that the reno was done the way we wanted it. They were great to work with, as well as all the trades they hired. We now have a beautiful, new shinny kitchen which is very functional and lots of storage. Many thanks guys.

Amazing Contractor for your Home! He can do it all, big or small! I recently had Sam and his crew install a new dishwasher into my kitchen and they did everything from the electrical, plumbing to matching the side boards of our kitchen cabinetry to make it all blend in. They are friendly and easy to work with and would recommend them to anyone!

What a super great experience! My kitchen is awesome. Sam, the business owner, is a pro, prompt and responsive. His highly skilled friendly team showed up on time, inspected and proposed an amazing solution. I wasn't sure who to call to redo our basement as we were wanting to add a bathroom and have the basement as a one bedroom suite instead of open space. Found Sam and the team and thought I'd at least call for a quote. Sam was quick to respond, super professional and gave me all the details right from the bat. Working with Sam and his team was a great experience! I had him in for a quite with my client and Sam didn't a great job interpreting exactly what my clients vision was. The job was completed on time and on budget. 5 weeks for 2 full bathrooms, 5 closets, full paint new baseboards, thermostats, baseboard heaters, hinges and door knobs. There were some tricky things to deal with and Sam team got the job done. Very happy and I would recommend Refine Design to anyone. All the sub trades for friendly and respectful.
