The young couple who bought this 1100 square foot loft fell in love with the open space. The 350 square foot rooftop patio offers views of sailboats on False Creek and in the opposite direction, the ultra-modern BC Stadium. Before they could move in, interior renovations were necessary.
Besides new kitchen cabinetry and fixtures, new flooring and lighting were added to update the space. Walls and ceiling were painted bright white to enhance the open quality. Reclaimed wood was used for the sliding door to the downstairs closet and side panels in the kitchen. Clean, high-gloss white cabinets and carved white wall panel contrast nicely with the wood. Grey quartz was used on the top and sides of the island to resemble concrete, bringing the surface down to breakfast bar height. Bathroom on both levels were also renovated.
Sam's company is an elite one. Very prompt service using top level materials and workmanship. The crew were friendly, courteous and competent. They maintained a clean work site and worked well around unforeseen issues. The cost is not cheap but worth it in my opinion. We are planning another project for Sam in the future.
Refine and Design for the win!!! This crew of talented trades people built my dream home and I cannot say enough about Sam and his team. On time, on budget and the level of professionalism was next level!
